I have been in insurance for 40 years with 26 years here at Burnham and Nale Insurance.
What is your primary product or service?
Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Small Business, Classic Car Insurance
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Insurance was my first job out of college...just stayed for 40 years so far
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We care. We get to know our clients and treat you like family instead of a number. We have no voice mail so our phones will always be answered. We really are "Here to Help"
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One - no plans

From Rte 20 take Rte 169 towards Southbridge turn left onto Mechanic St then right at rotary onto Main Street. Everett is the 2nd left from Main.
What type of payments do you accept?
Depending on the company : All accept Cash and Checks. A few accept credit cards

Main area - Charlton, Southbridge, Sturbridge or Central Massachusetts

M-F 8-430 THurs til 6 and Saturdays 9-12 except June, July, and August
